Taking Care of Me: A transformation Group Health & Wellness Coaching

Picture
Have you found yourself eating out of stress or unmotivated to exercise lately (or even for some time now)? Do you long to feel better about yourself but unsure how to get back on track?

Now is the perfect time to shift your focus, make yourself a priority and start taking care of your health and wellness needs. We guarantee it will do you a world of good. It’s also a great way to reclaim your power, vitality, and self-esteem. And studies show that taking care of yourself makes the separation & divorcing process less stressful and healing faster.

In January Sarah Robertson Sutton, a transformation coach and founder of Truce, shared her insights and wellness tips with Second Saturday attendees. She was so inspired with the group that she developed a 4-week program just for us!

The Taking Care of Me program is four weeks of 90-minute group coaching sessions. (The 1st class in person, and the other 3 by convenient conference call.) It is very interactive and geared to help you work through your particular challenges. There’s a reason why coaching is hot—it works!

You will:
  • Visualize your ideal life free from body struggles and create a wellness vision to compel you into a new future.
  • Optimize your preferred eating style for better nutrition.
  • Learn the 5 keys to loving exercise and following through on your activity plans.
  • Practice the 2 best communication tools to managing stress.

Highlights include:
  • a short lesson plus experiential exercise each week
  • transformational coaching that will empower you to create new results
  • dialogue, small-group discussion, and dynamic group synergy
  • helpful articles and homework to cement learnings and forward action

Investment: $250

Dates:
We are gathering interest now and plan to start in mid-February. For more information, please contact Truce founder and transformation coach Sarah Sutton today!

"Your Self-Truce class was 100% worth the investment and it was easy to participate. You gave me tangible tools to challenge my thinking and creatively manage my self-care, which carried me through a multitude of struggles."
