Finding Me, TLC

Imagine ... a special 4 week program designed to help you rediscover yourself (before the baggage of life weighted you down) and what's now important as you move forward in a new way.

Finding Me is about:
  • Having a safe place to share, cry, laugh and vent with others who get what you are going through
  • Time, once a week, that is all about you
  • A team to cheer you on as you brainstorm ideas and work on projects that overwhelm or paralyze you.
  • Coaching to discover your individual strengths, skills, values and passions as you explore options for creating a brilliant new life.
Led by life coaches Sharon Zarozny and Jill Amstutz, participants will share experiences, tackle the work at hand, conduct self-discovery exercises, and celebrate everyone's accomplishments and successes! It's fun and empowering!

While supportive, TLC Groups are different from traditional support groups because they are action oriented.

TLC Meetup Group

The 3rd Sunday of each month we also offer a free TLC Group. It's an informal gathering to check in, listen & support each other, and have some fun. Group members also organize social outings during the month.

Details:  Simply come when you want, no long-term commitment needed...though we should warn you people do come back!!
